A designation bestowed by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. CCIM’s are in the top five percent of all commercial brokers in the country. There are over 6,000 CCIM professionals in the CCIM worldwide network. All have completed more than 240 hours of educational classes and passed a six-hour exam – an intensive program – equivalent to a graduate degree in commercial real estate.
